AiPlus is a local CLI toolkit that structures AI-assisted software work into a role-based team and a seven-stage pipeline (memory, dispatch, team, handoff, status, self-correct, audit). It targets developers using Codex, Claude Code, OpenCode, or similar coding agents who want reproducible, inspectable, local-first workflows without telemetry.
