Tour is a local, AI-assisted code-review tool that generates narrated, line-anchored reviews for diffs without leaving your repository or using GitHub. It’s intended for developers and agents that need faster, reviewable explanations of changes — either via direct CLI or by integrating an AI “skill” so agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI, OpenCode, etc.) emit Tours automatically. Key features: - Local-first: tours stored under .tour/<id>/ with tour.toml and an append-only event log (tour-events.jsonl). - CLI + agent integration: install via Homebrew or npm/pnpm/bun/yarn; add the skills.sh skill to make agents produce Tours. - Commands: create, comment (including batch/JSONL stdin), list, show, close, delete, prune, tui, serve (web UI default port 8687, TUI fallback). - Options: snapshot uncommitted work (--head WIP), JSON output flags, open webapp, and precise line-anchored comments for collaborative review.
