Tour is a local, AI-assisted code-review tool that generates narrated, line-anchored reviews for diffs without leaving your repository or using GitHub. It’s intended for developers and agents that need faster, reviewable explanations of changes — either via direct CLI or by integrating an AI “skill” so agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI, OpenCode, etc.) emit Tours automatically.
