MCP Skill Migrator is a local-first CLI to convert lightweight AI coding instruction assets between three formats: Claude-style SKILL.md, Cursor .mdc rules, and GitHub Copilot-style markdown. It’s aimed at developers and teams who need to move reusable instruction assets and workflow bundles between tools without manual reformatting. Key features: - Auto-detects inputs and normalizes to a shared intermediate representation. - Preserves metadata (category, tags, triggers) and round-trips it across formats. - Single-file and batch conversion that preserves directory structure and rewrites workflow-bundle.json references. - Preview mode emits patch-ready unified diffs (supports /dev/null for new files), does not write files, and can export patch files or chunked patch bundles. - Manifest-driven review workflow: save preview manifests, record per-file and per-hunk review indices/status/notes, approve/reject hunks or ranges, then selectively apply approved items with apply-manifest.
