MCP Skill Migrator is a local-first CLI to convert lightweight AI coding instruction assets between three formats: Claude-style SKILL.md, Cursor .mdc rules, and GitHub Copilot-style markdown. It’s aimed at developers and teams who need to move reusable instruction assets and workflow bundles between tools without manual reformatting.
