ChargeGrid Intelligence is a generative-AI chatbot prototype for commercial EV charging sites (shopping/parking) built in Sprint 1 of the EV Challenge 2026. It targets three personas—EV driver, energy manager, and operations technician—delivering personalized, actionable answers: charger availability, pricing and ETA for drivers; solar generation, savings and demand alerts for managers; diagnostics, OCPP logs and maintenance guidance for technicians. Key features: real-time integration with chargers (OCPP), GoodWe inverter (MODBUS) and telemetry (MQTT); persona-driven system prompt and dynamic context injection into claude-sonnet-4-6; Python backend using the Anthropic SDK and a web UI. Responses are in Brazilian Portuguese, constrained by safety rules and limited to available system data.
