This repository contains Sprint 4 of an AI & Chatbot class project developed for "Turma do Bem". Its purpose is to implement and demonstrate chatbot functionality as the class deliverable for that sprint. Primary users are the course participants (students), instructors and project reviewers who need the code and materials to run, test and evaluate the chatbot. Key features (as expected for a sprint repository): source code for chatbot components (NLP pipeline, intent/entity handling, dialogue management), sample dialogs or dataset slices, training and evaluation scripts, configuration/deployment artifacts, and sprint-specific documentation or notes describing implemented tasks and how to run the system.
