Compose is a CLI that drives a product idea from intent to shipped code by running YAML-defined, multi-step pipelines on top of Stratum. It dispatches each pipeline step to AI agents (Anthropic Claude or OpenAI Codex), enforces typed contracts and postconditions, and inserts human gates (approve/revise/kill) between phases. The end result is an auditable feature folder (design, blueprint, plan, code, tests, review trail) and an updated ROADMAP.md.
