Lean AI PRD Team is a collection of agent-based prompts/skills for AI-assisted product requirements and engineering workflows. It supports three scenarios—Greenfield, Refactor, Review—by orchestrating role-specific agents to produce business cases, ROI models, epics/user stories, ADRs, API contracts, implementation tasks, compliance checks and reports. Who uses it: product managers, business analysts, technical architects, developers, QA/compliance staff and teams adopting a Lean AI methodology. Key features: an 8-agent Standard (free) and a 10-agent Pro (commercial) setup; Pro adds a Code Auditor (OWASP + health score), IFPUG function-point sizing, and a Value Assessor (realized value score). Works with Claude Code and can be adapted to other IDEs by pasting SKILL.md into system prompts. Install by cloning the repo; commercial use requires authorization.
