Codex Runway Kit is a Markdown- and Git-native framework for directing multi-step Codex-assisted repository work. It helps teams and agents define a mission, respect repo-local rules, coordinate handoffs, run checks/validation, and produce concise landing reports so sessions can be started, restarted, steered, and handed off with less context loss. Intended users: maintainers, solo builders, teams, and coding agents working across sessions, branches, reviewers, and validators. Key features: mission briefs; repo-local "local law" (AGENTS.md); Atlas Memory (maps, handoffs, queues, evidence notes); optional ATC/Council coordination; ground-site/ground-crew role labels; reusable prompts and bootstrap flows; guardrails for safe edits; minimal Markdown templates and file layout. Not an automation platform, vector memory, or replacement for tests/PRs.
