ClaudeMaxx is a tiny macOS menu-bar app for managing and switching Claude Code accounts by using separate CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR profiles. It’s aimed at developers and power users who run Claude Code locally and need a lightweight way to switch accounts without a Dock app or heavy dashboard.
