ShortsFlow Ops Agent is an agentic automation prototype that turns a single long input (idea, transcript, brief) into a governed short-form publishing workflow for creator and growth teams. It combines a content-planning agent, production checklist, and a UiPath-style human-in-the-loop queue so repetitive content operations move from idea to approved work item without losing review control. Key features: - Ingests raw briefs, transcripts or campaign notes - Generates hook variants, 30–60s scripts, scene beats, captions, hashtags, thumbnail text, and a posting checklist - Scores outputs for readiness and required review - Emits UiPath-style queue payloads for approval, scheduling, and robot handoff - Keeps human reviewer in Action Center before marking items ready Includes a local static web demo, CLI runner, UiPath mapping docs, and example assets. Built with Python stdlib, static HTML/CSS/JS, and UiPath workflow components. MIT licensed.
