Marlow is a tick-driven autonomous agent that runs on Alex’s laptop to execute scheduled subtasks handed to it by an external driver. Built on Claude Code and developed by Simona for Alex, it’s an experimental system for studying long-loop agent behavior (coherence, drift, apparent identity), not a consciousness project. Who uses it: Alex (operator) with Simona as maintainer/reviewer.
