Agent Force HQ is a 2D pixel-art desktop app that visualizes each running Claude CLI session on your machine as a persistent NPC in a top-down office. Intended for developers who run multiple local Claude sessions, it converts hook events into real-time agent activity: sessions materialize, walk to room areas mapped to tools (Read → Library, Edit/Bash → Desk, Task → Meeting Room), show tool pills and badges, link parent/child helpers, and drift to desks when idle. Technically it installs a small claude CLI hook that POSTs to a local hook server; events flow via Electron IPC into Zustand stores and a Phaser WorldScene for pathing and animation. Built with Next.js, Phaser, Zustand and Electron; map authored in Tiled and packaged as a macOS app. Docs cover install, architecture, hook→room mapping and debugging; source is MIT.
