Hermes Cockpit is an open-source dashboard for founders and developers running multiple AI-assisted projects with Hermes Agent or similar autonomous coding workflows. It centralizes operator-facing status across projects so you can see what’s running, blocked, broken, waiting, or ready to ship. Key features: multi-project home and project detail pages; project health cards; active agent/worker status; pending and blocked task queue; cross-project alerts; deploy/check summaries; project timelines; and links to reports, PRs, and production URLs. MVP: UI and data-model with seeded example projects, cross-project alerts, task queue, and an agent/worker timeline model. Next milestones include Supabase persistence, GitHub (read-only) and Vercel connectors, a Hermes event ingestion API, auth/private deployments, and plugins/docs for cron workers. Built with Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, and CSS modules; intended for Supabase + Vercel. Run locally with npm install && npm run dev. MIT licensed.
