A native Raycast extension to find and reopen individual Claude conversation sessions by their first user prompt. It scans JSONL logs at ~/.claude/projects/*/*.jsonl, uses the first user message as the list title, and reopens a specific session in iTerm2 or Terminal with claude --resume <uuid>. Who uses it: macOS users who run Claude locally and use Raycast to manage many chat sessions and need to resume specific conversations rather than whole projects. Key features: - Search by title (first prompt), working directory, or session ID - Detail view showing the full first user message - Resume a session in iTerm2 or Terminal - Copy resume command, UUID, working directory, or log path - Open log in Finder or editor - File-cache with mtime invalidation for fast reloads Install from source via npm; Raycast Store submission pending.
