claude-nomad is a CLI tool to sync a Claude Code user's full environment (agents, slash commands, tuned settings, and conversation history) across machines via a private Git repository you control. It understands Claude Code’s internal state and remaps paths so sessions survive different filesystem layouts while preventing secrets from being pushed. Intended users: developers or power users who run Claude Code on multiple machines and want reproducible, history-preserving config sync.
