A small, personal "Claude" plugin/skill marketplace that bundles battle-tested project patterns so new projects can reuse them instead of re-deriving them. Skills are treated as "priors" (they record the rationale) so maintainers can see why a pattern exists and intentionally diverge when needed. Who uses it: developers who run Claude with plugins and teams that want shared, domain-split tooling (e.g., design tokens, Rust+React bootstraps, raspi infra). Key features: - Filesystem layout with a catalog (.claude-plugin/marketplace.json) and namespaced plugins under plugins/, e.g. homebrew/skills/halo-design. - Per-project overrides: .claude/skills/<name> wins over plugin skills. - Easy install/use: claude --plugin-dir, /plugin marketplace add, /plugin install. - Auto-enable via .claude/settings.json extraKnownMarketplaces/enabledPlugins. - Dev workflow: yarn install, install-hooks.sh, yarn validate (lint/skill checks). - Versioning: no version pin means live updates per commit; pin only for release cadence.
