Perea.AI is a production landing-page system built on Next.js 15 App Router for teams that need many SEO-optimized, extensible LPs (developers, growth/marketing). It serves dynamic pages at /lp/[slug] (SSR) with per-page metadata (generateMetadata), geo-aware CTAs using the x-vercel-ip-country header, and server-side A/B testing via Edge Middleware that sets a sticky perea_ab_{slug} cookie (50/50 split) to avoid client flicker. Styling: Tailwind CSS v4 for the main site and CSS Modules plus design tokens for LPs. Add new pages by editing lib/lp-registry.ts (no new files). Deploys on Vercel with GitHub auto-deploy; dev via npm install && npm run dev. Analytics hook: replace lib/ab.ts → trackImpression().
