Context Panel is a planned native macOS app + WidgetKit widget for quickly viewing AI usage limits across providers (initially OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). Its purpose is to answer before you prompt: which accounts/models still have capacity, what limits are close, and when allowances reset. Who uses it: people who manage multiple AI accounts (personal, work, team) and developers/operators who need a compact, glanceable view of quota state. Key features: glanceable provider/account rows with remaining usage, reset time, and compact visuals (rings/bars/sparklines); companion app for account setup, health, history, and troubleshooting; support for multiple logins per provider; provider-neutral usage model; local-first credential and snapshot handling; compact charts focused on remaining capacity and trends. Repo status: native starter shell with a Swift package for shared domain types, CI/workflows, build/package scripts, and local probes for testing provider signals.
