/goal is a small Claude Code helper (command + Stop hook) that turns a single durable objective into a long-running, inspectable, resumable session. It's intended for developers or teams running Claude/Claude Code agents on tasks that may take hours or days and must survive restarts or idle periods. Key features: - One active goal per session persisted atomically to goal-state/goals.json. - Stop-hook continuation that prevents Claude Code from stopping while a goal is active, with caps to avoid runaway loops. - Soft token budgets and deadlines (human durations), idle detection, and heartbeat timestamps. - Progress notes (capped), history (50 entries), and JSON/status output. - Shell-safe argument capture and prompt-structure hardening to avoid injection. - Auto-pause on refusals/hard blockers; commands to start, note, status, resume, complete, abort.
