AICouncil is a small CLI/skill that orchestrates three “architect” agents (Claude, Codex and the human/OpenCode lead) to produce reviewed design plans before implementation. Intended for developers who use AI coding tools (Claude Code, OpenCode, Codex, Cursor) and want a structured multi-agent design review workflow. Key features: - One-command workflow: install and run via aicouncil plan "<topic>" or via an AI skill prompt. - Parallel planning: Claude and Codex generate independent plans; you (OpenCode) produce a third. - Synthesis loop: automatic generation of comparison, questions for the human, and a reviewed final plan after two review rounds. - Outputs a run directory with numbered artifacts (architect plans, synthesis, questions, reviews, final). - CLI: plan, continue, status, init, run, validate; supports file/stdin briefs and council.yaml configuration. - Integration notes for Claude/Codex and a simple install script.
