Cockpit is a command center to orchestrate code agents (Claude Code, OpenCode, Gemini CLI, Aider) across multi-project workspaces. It’s aimed at developers and teams who use LLM-assisted CLIs and Git workflows and need a higher-level orchestration layer. Key features: - Three usage modes: Web UI (visual kanban + metrics), CLI/TUI (terminal-first commands and interactive kanban), and an MCP server exposing tools for Claude Code. - Structured pipeline: card → interview → spec → implement → PR, with persisted history per project. - Multi-agent executor, per-workspace agent config, live sessions with streaming logs, session reaper. - Cross-project metrics (lead time, success rates, cost), search, AI REPL per card, spec generation and implementation automation. - Architecture: frontend (React/Vite), daemon (Bun + SQLite), CLI, MCP tools. Data stored in ~/.cockpit/data/cockpit.db. Quickstart and main commands (board, card, spec gen, implement, ai, metrics) included.
