claude-code-up is a CLI bootstrapper for Claude Code projects. It’s aimed at developers or teams starting a Claude Code workspace who want a project-scoped, best-practice setup of agents, skills, MCPs, and runtime hooks without manual curation. Key features: - Interactive funnel to pick category/language/framework/database/ORM and run scaffolders (Next, Expo, Vite, FastAPI, etc.). - JSON-driven decision tree that selects and installs a curated subset of agents/skills (wshobson, Superpowers, Pocock). - Writes `.mcp.json` and masked `.env` entries, then smoke-tests MCPs via real initialize + tools/call handshakes. - Installs CLAUDE.md harness, statusline, hooks (agentshield), optional claude-mem, stack inventory and human-readable STACK.md. - Initializes or creates GitHub repo, commits, pushes, and runs `claude /init` and diagnostics. Everything stays project-scoped.
