Claude Parley is a Claude Code plugin that lets one Claude session query and reuse other Claude projects. It bundles an MCP server and by default spawns a headless Claude inside a peer project directory so requests run with that project's CLAUDE.md, skills and context; those headless sessions are persisted so the agent retains memory across turns. It can also route to a live listening window or per-peer MCP servers configured via peers.json. Who uses it: developers using Claude Code (≥2.1) or Claude Cowork who need cross‑project inspection, reuse, or automation.
