decision-tree is a Claude skill that renders branching decisions as an interactive tree in claude.ai (web) and Claude Desktop. It lets users tap through up to 3 levels (2–4 branches per level), attach notes to leaves, and commit a chosen path; the committed path plus the branches you ruled out are sent back to chat as a structured artifact (ADR, brief, itinerary, etc.). It triggers only when top-level branches lead to genuinely different follow-ups (variance gate) and when there’s sufficient context. Intended for people working through bounded, branching choices (design, architecture, trip planning, side projects). Key features: full-tree view, branch notes, one-click commit, install via uploading decision-tree.zip or build with pnpm. Limitations: CLAUDE-only widget support, tree is fixed at render time, and depth/breadth caps.
