YouTube AI Analysis Agent is a personal automation tool that converts YouTube URLs into structured Markdown AI analysis reports. Intended for local/personal use by developers or power users, it runs as a Python backend and is triggered via a CLI script, a Telegram bot, or an iOS Shortcut. Key features: - Validate and normalize YouTube URLs. - Retrieve public captions or auto-generated transcripts and fetch public title/channel metadata. - Clean and chunk transcripts for analysis. - Analyze chunks using the Anthropic Messages API (Claude) and generate a structured Markdown report. - Store reports, transcripts, logs, and job metadata locally (files + SQLite). - Optional Telegram notifications on job completion. Notes: MVP excludes user accounts/OAuth, billing, sharing, audio downloads, and Whisper transcription. It uses unofficial transcript retrieval and requires an Anthropic API key (and Telegram credentials for bot use).
