A small toolkit of Claude Code "skills" that gives any project folder a persistent, structured project memory and a reproducible academic-report generator. Intended for users of Claude Code who want the assistant to remember project state across sessions (developers, researchers, students). Key features: - init-project: bootstraps a folder with CLAUDE.md (six-section project manifest) and a memory/ directory with six files (project-brief, current-strategy, decisions, next-actions, session-summaries, bugs-and-risks). - update-memory: run at session end to detect changes (git diff or prompts) and append session summaries, update actions, decisions, risks; no noisy writes if nothing changed. - generator-raportow: scaffolds a Python-based report pipeline producing .docx (optionally .xlsx/plots) using python-docx, matplotlib, openpyxl, numpy. Install via Claude Code (automated installer) or manually; Python is only required for report generation. License: MIT.
