Personal, portable configuration for Claude Code intended to keep the same settings across machines. Install by cloning the repo and running install.sh; it symlinks files into ~/.claude/ and timestamps backups of any existing files. Intended users: the repo owner or anyone who wants a reproducible Claude Code environment. Key contents: CLAUDE.md (voice, task endings, checklist), settings.json (permissions, defaultMode:auto, alwaysThinkingEnabled, skipDangerousModePermissionPrompt, long cleanup period), statusline.sh (model name and total cost), memory/general.md, an agents note for a chrome-devtools frontend tester, and a skills/ directory (bootstrap, content-review, editorial, learn-from-mistakes, pandora, remember, writing-voice). Intentionally omitted: marketplace plugins, runtime/cache data, and any employer- or project-specific files. Workflow: files are symlinked so edits in ~/.claude/ write back to the repo for commit and push.
