bugfix-agent is a reusable GitHub Actions + Claude Code prompt system that autonomously triages and opens fix PRs for AppSignal incidents across repositories. It’s intended for any repo (typically in the bleu org, but can be used cross-org if the repo is reachable/public) to plug in with a thin wrapper workflow, a config.yml and mapped secrets. Key features: - Daily cron: select top-N high-impact AppSignal incidents and create fix PRs. - Post-deploy watch: poll AppSignal for 30 minutes after a deploy and fix the first new incident. - Linear is the source of truth for “already attempted” fixes (each incident maps to a Linear issue). - Distributed as workflow_call workflows (daily.yml, watch.yml, fix-one.yml), helper scripts (AppSignal/Linear clients, selector, prompt rendering) and prompts. - Consumer onboarding requires two wrapper workflows, a .github/agent/config.yml, and secrets (ANTHROPIC_API_KEY, LINEAR_API_KEY, APPSIGNAL_APP_ID, APPSIGNAL_PERSONAL_TOKEN).
