A Flask-based Blood Bank Management System (BBMS) for hospitals, blood banks and administrators to track donors, inventory and blood requests with a built-in rule‑based chatbot for operational queries. Core capabilities: donor CRUD, inventory tracking with expiry alerts, request lifecycle (pending/fulfilled/cancelled), interactive charts for statistics (Chart.js), and a chatbot that answers eligibility, compatibility and stock questions. Built with Python 3.8+, Flask, SQLAlchemy and SQLite; front end uses Bootstrap 5, HTML5 and JavaScript. Install by cloning the repo, creating a virtualenv, installing requirements and running app.py.
