You invoke /up (e.g. "/up fix checkout button overlap") and the agent: reads the repo, diagnoses root cause, applies minimal code changes, runs automated verification (tests/logs/build — explicitly no screenshots), creates one conventional commit (never pushes), and reports what to eyeball.
